ConocoPhillips has re-started its liquefaction plant on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, sending an LNG cargo to Japan in May. ConocoPhillips had planned to shut the plant last year, but now expects to send four or five cargos to Japan this year, a company spokesman told Reuters.
