EU would fund Baltic LNG terminal with participation of all three states

The European Union may be open to co-financing an LNG terminal in the eastern Baltic, but only if the three countries with a direct interest agree to participate, it emerged on Tuesday. The head of the European Commission’s office in Latvia told Oil & Gas Eurasia that if any of Lithuania, Estonia or Latvia “hogs the covers, nothing will happen”.
