PGNiG has credit ratings cut as low domestic gas prices damage performance

PGNiG has had its credit rating cut by Standard and Poors (S&P). The agency said it was lowering the Polish company’s rating from BBB+ to BBB and placing it on CreditWatch with negative implications because domestic gas prices are too low. It said unless prices “increase materially” then the company would post a loss for visual_editor01visual_editor with results “significantly below our previous expectations”.
