The UK government has transferred GBP 95 million (USD 153 million) into the pool of available funds to subsidise renewable power projects under its Contracts for Difference (CfD) scheme, after paying out a less-than-expected amount from its expiring Renewables Obligation plan, the UK energy ministry (DECC) said on Thursday.
