Costs at the world’s most expensive and currently halted oil project, Kashagan in Kazakhstan, are set to further increase by as much as USD 3.6 billion as the beleaguered scheme eyes a restart after the replacement of visual_editor00 km of coroded pipelines, according to reports this week.
