The Kurdistan Regional Government has been ordered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) to restart monthly payments to Pearl Petroleum, in an interim measure whilst an arbitration hearing over the consortium’s contractual terms to develop two fields in the semi-autonomous region continues.
