Current industrial action affecting progress on Curtis Island LNG projects is unlawful, the Federal Court of Australia ruled late on Tuesday, notifying the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) and 72 named individuals that they are liable to imprisonment or punishment for contempt of court should they engage in or organise action, amid ongoing talks.
