UK regulations limiting vibrations caused by fracking are akin to banning buses driving in built up areas or outlawing the slamming of wooden doors, found a report by Glasgow University which called for a relaxation of current rules, imposed two years ago after two earth tremors which followed fracking in Lancashire.
