Finland and Estonia have agreed to build two LNG terminals, complete a new subsea interconnector and increase gas storage capacity as part of a push to improve regional infrastructure. Finland would construct the larger of the two LNG terminals in the Gulf of Finland, under a new agreement signed by Finnish prime minister Alexander Stubb and Estonian prime minister Taavi Roivas. Details on capacity have yet to emerge.
