The government of Mozambique is planning to have a gas-to-liquids (GTL) production facility up and running by 2022, as one of several ways of monetising its newly found gas resources, according to Nuno de Oliveira, the CEO of Petroleos de Mocambique (Petromoc), the nation’s downstream state-owned oil company.
