The International Court of Arbitration has ruled that Egypt’s state gas company EGAS is not liable for a USD 270 million fine in relation to its decision to cut feedgas supplies to the SEGAS liquefaction plant in Damietta, Egypt, Spain’s Union Fenosa confirmed on Wednesday.
