Egypt’s Ikdu LNG plant has loaded and sent its second LNG cargo this year, despite the number of cargoes imported across the country appearing likely to climb as high as 120 next year, according to shipping data and news reports.
French-flagged carrier Provalys LNG owned by Engie departed Idku on 4 June for arrival around 15 July at utility company Tohoku Electric’s Niigata terminal in Japan, shipping data shows.
