French utility Engie has paused development of its Cameroon LNG liquefaction project in light of current market conditions, the company told Gas Matters Today on Tuesday.
“As can be noticed worldwide, market conditions are not favourable to the development of major LNG projects at the moment. As such, the project was put on hold before the next development phase – Engineering Procurement Construction,” an Engie spokesperson said.
