Italy’s Saipem and other companies that built Poland’s first import terminal Swinoujscie LNG have opened an arbitration case in hopes of claiming an additional USD 49 million from operator Polskie LNG, according to a Warsaw stock exchange filing.
Polish contractor PBG, which is currently engaged in bankruptcy proceedings, filed the stock market report. The arbitration hearing will be held in Warsaw, it said, without specifying a date.
