The Golar Tundra floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) has been docked offshore Ghana for over three months, but has yet to receive any LNG due to incomplete infrastructure onshore, Bermuda-based Golar LNG Partners said in its latest quarterly results.
The 170,000 cm vessel arrived off the coast of Ghana in late May and was originally due to be operational before July, but charterer West Africa Gas Limited (WAGL) has experienced “significant delays” on its part of the project, Golar LNG said.
