Asian LNG swaps for delivery in May became the front-month this week, confirming expectations that seaborne spot cargoes will settle within a USD 5-7/MMBtu range for the next few years.
The latest figures are up year on year, but are far lower than price peaks above USD 9.50/MMBtu seen this past January and the curve shows them staying that way for some time.
