The government of Nigeria is pushing ahead with plans to impose a tolling business model on its LNG industry in a bid to garner more profits for the country from the downstream marketing of its equity gas.
Nigeria plans to introduce tolling arrangements for the liquefaction, shipping and regasification of the government’s share of gas exported to world markets.
