Athens-based Energean has lined up a third buyer for gas from its Tanin and Karish fields offshore Israel after the company signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with RAPAC communication & Infrastructure, which is looking to build two power plants in Israel.
RAPAC did not disclose the volume of gas it is looking to buy, nor did it state which company it had signed the MOU with, however a market source confirmed with Gas Matters Today that the agreement was signed with Energean.
