Shell and Engie have withdrawn from the proposed Kakinada floating storage and regasification project in Andhra Pradesh on India’s east coast, leaving GAIL to pursue the FSRU project alone. GAIL has meanwhile signed time swap deals for 60% of its US LNG volumes, according to reports.
