Gazprom’s proposed Turk Stream pipeline could feature in high level negotiations between Turkey and Russia at the G20 summit scheduled to begin in Hangzhou, China in just over a week.
Despite the two states having resumed talks on Turk Stream earlier this month, the project still lacks a binding intergovernmental agreement – a topic likely to appear on Turkey and Russia’s respective agendas on September 4-5.
