Tesima (Tecnologie Sistemi Manutentori), an Italian/UK joint venture to provide specialist contract services in pipe systems maintenance, has been formed by Pavimental, part of Italy's state-owned IRI Group, TPL (a private Italian company) and British Gas. Pavimental will take a 51% share in the new company and TPL (Tecnologie Progetti Lavori), a project management and construction company operating in the petrochemical sector, will take a visual_editor9% stake. British Gas, through its Italian subsidiary BG (Italy) SRL, will take a visual_editor0% share in Tesima.
