“Wisdom and experience are amazing, but over time I stifled a lot of the excitement and innovation I was trying to project 20 years ago,” he tells LNG Business Review.
“When you build up a company and are managing more, you get away from that. It becomes more about the company than what you’re trying to get done. When I left Excelerate and we started WaveCrest, I got more involved in the day to day again. And that’s what I realised I’d missed.”
