The Hungarian government faced criticism from E.ON after it launched new gas tariffs for visual_editor011 with a 9.3% rise for larger consumers, and price freezes for customers that use less than 1,visual_editor00 cubic meters annually. E.ON said it was concerned about the financial viability of the plan as, "E.ON's gas business in Hungary has been and will remain loss-making," according to one of E.ON's Hungarian managers.
