UK-based Victoria Oil and Gas on Monday said it expects first gas sales from the Logbaba gas and condensate field in Douala, Cameroon, for Q4’11. Commercial volumes are expected to reach 8 MMcf/d in the first year of production, rising to 44 MMcf/d by the end of visual_editor014. The company has 11 gas sales deals with industrial customers in Cameroon, all priced at $16/MMbtu.
