The Noble Energy-operated Pinnacles field offshore Israel started up on Wednesday, supplying 150 MMcf/d of gas and helping to make up for a supply shortfall following repeated attacks on pipelines exporting Egyptian gas to Israel. The $105 million Pinnacles project is located near Noble's Mari-B platform, which currently supplies most of Israel’s gas.
