Gas transit to Europe through the Ukraine is forecast to grow by nearly 20% year on year over 2016, according to national transmission system operator Ukrtransgaz.
“We expect growth in 2016 annual transit to Europe to 80 billion cubic meters – more than 19% over the previous year,” Uktransgaz spokesman Maxim Bilyavski said in a Facebook post.
